The first summer vacation in Stratford-upon-Avon. I'm loving the nature and peaceful atmosphere of the small little town. Cold wind kiss my face, Swans floating on the canal and Century old houses let I walk into history.

Illustration above is to express my feeling on a british old town in summer time. Although the view looks warm and energetic but it feels cold, fresh and peaceful.

Above is the 2007 Winter background I drew. The winter was cold and I was missing my love one who looking forward to visit the UK. Our hearts were separate in a far distance and I wish my love can be fly over the ocean and reach your heart.


The first illustration I did for GokuJournals. It is to record the journeys and things that happen on me in the UK. The illustration is based on the legendary story "Journey to the West". In this illustration, I have mix up modern elements and the traditional characters to show the similarity between the story and I. Buddha represents knowledge and intelligence that I prepare to gain from the Western Country; Little monkeys represent my family and friends who I'm going to miss them a lots.

After finished my Master course, I were a free man again and I'm looking forward to search for interested and fresh things in this country. Everything beautiful, colourful, adorable, strange, big or small things is inspired me into my artworks. I just got my Post Study Work Visa for two years and I'm glad that I still have the chance to stay in this Wonderful and Strange place.

Goku Reborn is the 1st art piece about GokuArtz. The legendary Monkey King has return to the earth has represents my career has a new beginning at oversea, United Kingdom. The similar structure of lifestyle between the story and I but apply in different dimension of the time frame.
